How are you? My family will have a small party next Tuesday evening. My mother will cook noodles and make apple juice. My neighbor, Mr. Wu, will bring his guitar.
We start at six. Please come to my house at 5:30 if you can. You can bring a friend, but please tell me before Sunday.
After dinner my sister will teach us to roller skate in the park. If it rains, we will go somewhere else. It will be terrific!

Many students feel shy when they meet a stranger. Their hands get cold, and they do not know what to say. Almost every student feels this way, so your classmates feel the same.
Here is an easy way. Just say hello and ask a simple question about the place or the weather. Most people are happy to answer. Listen carefully, and then talk about something you both like.
Friendship often starts with one short talk. The first minute is hard, but it becomes easy after a few times.
