Do Not Be Afraid of a Shot
Many students do not like getting a shot. They think it will hurt for a long time. In fact, the pain is over very quickly. A shot can stop some illnesses before they start.
Doctors say three simple things can help you. First, look at the sky or the wall, not at your arm. Second, take a deep breath. Third, talk to the nurse about school or your favorite game.
A shot takes only a few seconds. Be brave, and it will be easy.
